Carina Quintanilla is the Chicas Program Manager at Adelante Mujeres. Over nearly seven years, her contributions have been integral to the growth of the Chicas Program, significantly expanding its reach and impact on youth. With her support, the program has continued to achieve a remarkable 100% high school graduation rate and now serves more than 800 youth and college students across Oregon. Carina is deeply passionate about helping women and youth realize their full potential and finds great inspiration in watching the youth she works with grow into community leaders.
