Ericka Warren, MBA is the principal of Evolucion Group Consulting and facilitator for Try Excellence. She has vast experience as a national community leader, educator, and coach. Ericka serves as a strategic advisor for equity and community engagement to the Oregon Department of Transportation I5 Rose Quarter Improvement Project, the University of Oregon President’s Diversity Council, and other local and regional private entities. Ericka is also President of the University of Oregon Black Alumni Network Board. She is an honorary member of WTS and in 2021 was named a Daily Journal of Commerce Oregon Woman of Vision.
