Joe Piccolotti, bartender and spirits ambassador. Upon graduating from the UO he received a scholarship to attend an Italian language school in central Italy. Afterwards, he started an intership outside Milan teaching English and geology to middle and high school studets, and English to adults. During his time abroad he studied linguistics at the University of Eastern Piedmont and translated a novel. He is currently living in the Pacific Northwest and working as a professional bartender and traveling internationally whenever possible.
