Kara Linse Buckley (BA, Spanish and Business, 2006) is a Senior Advisor consulting at the intersection of impact and innovation in sport. She leverages her Spanish and Portuguese language skills to advise senior leaders at the U.S. Olympic & Paralympic Committee, LA28, Riot Games, Visa, and two startups backed by Nike Founder Phil Knight. In 2021, she published her first book titled “Pure Grit” with co-author Lily Collison. Kara believes that learning a foreign language is the key to success in global business, unlocking new job opportunities and ultimately creating stronger business relationships.
