Kenya Jimenez graduated with her BA at the University of Arizona in 2017 and her MA in Italian at the University of Oregon in 2019. Kenya is an Academic Advisor for a Cristo Rey Network School in Tucson, Arizona. She is also a PhD student in the Higher Education program at the University of Arizona. In her role, Kenya helps students meet their fullest potential by highlighting resources for success, supporting them through their challenges, and crafting individualized academic plans for students to meet their learning goals. In addition, she also served as the Theatre Moderator for the school and staged two productions. After completing the PhD in Higher Education, Kenya hopes to become a university professor, advocate for social change, and research policies dedicated to making higher education accessible to all students.
