Matthew is VP Greater China and a member Global Executive Committee with dsm-firmenich TTH (Taste, Texture & Health). From Portland, currently based in Shanghai, he has been in the Flavor & Fragrance industry since 1988, primarily in China. Responsible for the Creation and Manufacture of core ingredients for China's food and beverage industry leaders, he has witnessed many of the dramatic changes across China's economy and society.
