McKenna double majored in Spanish and Education and now uses her degrees to work as a public educator in a Spanish dual language immersion school for Portland Public Schools. Her passion for bilingual education drives my commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive learning environment. With a focus on language and cultural proficiency, she strives to empower students to achieve academic success in both Spanish and English. Her role allows her to blend her love for teaching and is dedicated to promoting bilingualism in her community.
