Stacy Sage is the staff grant writer at Open Doors for Multicultural Families, a Seattle-area nonprofit. Since 2019 she has helped raise nearly $15 million in grant awards for her organization, which has a focus on immigrant and refugee families with members with disabilities. She believes that each grant she writes is an opportunity to advocate for the needs of those furthest from equity.
