Hello! My name is Alexandra and I am a recent University of Oregon graduate with degrees in Spanish and Sociology and a minor in Legal Studies. Passionate about social justice and community investment, I believe in the power of understanding diverse experiences. At UO, I contributed to Jocelyn Hollander's research on the long-term effects of college self-defense courses and participated in an "Inside-Out" course at the Oregon State Penitentiary. Studying abroad in Spain and serving as a study abroad ambassador enriched my global perspectives. Additionally, I taught self-defense classes, empowering individuals to act and live confidently in a world that often feels uncertain.
